My Story
Birth began with my own creation story.
My arrival into this world sparked something profound in my mother, inspiring her to walk the path of service to birthing women. From a young age, birth was deeply embedded in my consciousness. As a little girl, I could feel its significance, but the trauma of my own entry into the world, along with the stories and experiences my mother would bring home from the hospital, kept that knowing buried. Birth surrounded me, but it often appeared through a lens of pain, intervention, and fear. It wasn’t until I became a mother myself that those early impressions began to unravel, revealing the deeper truth of what birth could be.
Growing up, I carried a deep, embodied desire to work in healing spaces, though no modality ever felt quite right. It wasn’t until my own experience of pregnancy, despite being told by the medical establishment that it wasn’t possible, that I truly came to understand the power of my own body. That moment of self-realization awakened a wisdom I had always carried within.
With the support of a community of women who honored my deepest truths, I felt called to walk alongside others who are ready to break free from fear and return to their instinctual knowing.
This calling led me to study traditional birth keeping, become a Certified Innate Traditions Postpartum Care Practitioner, and deepen into a spiritual practice rooted in reverence for the sacred threshold of birth. I also hold space in grief tending circles for pregnancy loss, both intended and unintended, to help clear the way for the spirit of an incoming child and to honor the complexity of that path with compassion.
Now, I am here for you, to support your healing from birth trauma, to walk with you through the fears that may arise around conception and pregnancy, and to help you uncover the fire that already lives within you. Together, we will nurture your ability to trust yourself and move forward with clarity, strength, and deep inner knowing.
I believe pregnancy is a sacred rite of passage. one that calls for reverence, reflection, and ritual. I offer support in honoring each phase of the journey through ceremony and intentional practices that help ground you in your body, connect with your baby, and align with the spiritual transformation that unfolds along the way.
