Postpartum Care

  • In-person services offered in the Catskills and Hudson Valley regions of New York.
    Please note: travel fees may apply depending on your location.

    Postpartum visits typically last around 3 hours and may include any of the following, depending on what’s most needed and appropriate at the time:

    Debriefing and integration of your birth story—or anything that’s present

    Belly binding

    Breastfeeding support

    Vaginal steaming preparation

    Herbal bath preparation

    Nutritional, herbal, and supplement guidance

    Moxa treatment

    Castor oil packs

    Cooking and preparation of healing meals

    Newborn care rooted in physiology and attachment

    Please plan to have another adult present during visits so I can work fully with you and your baby. If not, we may need to bring in additional support.

  • A one-time ceremonial Closing of the Bones. This rite can be received at any point postpartum—1 month, 1 year, 10 years, even 50 years after birth.
    Includes 4 hours of ceremonial care, bodywork, and integration.
